Planning Resources

To help event planners get started, here's a short list of local vendors who are familiar with our historic spaces and grounds. This list is provided as a convenience for people hosting events at Mount Sequoyah — we don't receive referral fees or commissions from any vendor listed, and you're welcome to bring your own.

Why use a Preferred Vendor?

Because they already know us — and we already know them.

They know our spaces. They know where to go. They know how events flow on the Mountain. And our Hospitality Team knows how to work with them.

That means fewer phone calls, fewer questions, less explaining, and fewer things for you to worry about.

Of course, you are always welcome to select the vendors who are right for your event. Our Preferred Vendor list is simply one more way we can make planning easier.

You have enough details to think about. Let us help make a few of them easy.

That’s hospitality on Mountain Time.
