Important Information

Discounts apply only to events presented by Mount Sequoyah Retreat Center and cannot be used for weddings or peak-season venue rates. To use Tennis Court or Pool access, members must sign a waiver and receive an entry card by appointment. Merchandise selections and reservations for venues, rooms, or discounts must be arranged in advance by calling (479) 443-4531; same-day reservations cannot be accommodated. An annual statement of your contributions and benefits will be provided at year-end — please consult your tax advisor regarding the appropriate tax treatment. All benefits must be used within the calendar year of your membership. Participation in the Friends of the Mountain program may be adjusted or discontinued at any time, and enrollees are entitled only to the benefits described in their chosen membership level.
