Overlook Venue Packages
1.5 Hour Package — $350 | Up to 20 Guests — intimate celebrations, no indoor space access, up to 20 chairs included (additional $2.50 each)
8 Hour Package — $2,000 | Up to 100 Guests — full-day weddings/reunions/special events, includes Overlook & Young Lodge, event must end by 9:30 PM, tables/chairs/cocktail tables with free setup, event insurance required
4 Hour Package — $1,350 | Up to 100 Guests — brunches/showers/casual receptions, includes Overlook & Young Lodge, same setup and insurance terms
Amenities may include: large dining/conference room, front porch with a view, living room, game room, kitchen, tables ($15 each), chairs ($2.50 each), cocktail tables ($10 each).
