Heartsong Community Ensemble Performance
Monday, December 14th 6:00PM
Location: Clapp Auditorium
Open to Community
Mark your calendars for December 14th! The Heartsong Christmas Community Ensemble will be sharing an evening of music, joy, and holiday spirit with our community.
Come enjoy the sounds of Christmas, gather with friends and neighbors, and let's celebrate the season together!
Concessions of cookies and hot chocolate will be served! Come enjoy a Christmas treat.
Don't just come hear the music — come be part of it! Whether you're returning to an instrument, still learning, or have been playing for years, you'll have a meaningful part to play. I'm arranging the music around the musicians who join, so there's a place in the ensemble for you.
Community Singing Circle
Location: Sequoyah Hall
Open to Community
Every other Sunday 3:00PM
We all have a voice and should feel empowered to use it! Similar to a drum circle, this is mostly unstructured music and a place to explore and experiment with your voice.
No experience required!
A singing circle is a community tradition that involves improvisation and collaboration to create music in the moment. It can be simple, uplifting, and empowering. The power of these circles lies not in talent or skill, but in the harmony created by shared experiences and connections. With simple melodies that expand through the freedom of our creativity to create unique music that can only happen in precisely the way it does because you’re here. There’s something special in being a part of music that never existed before and is created just for this moment we’re living in now.
Bring a friend and an open heart and lets build a community of music in your life!
