Parker Hall

Parker Hall is an historic dormitory building constructed in 1924. The Great Room can accommodate:

• Up to 100 guests (theatre style)

• Up to 72 guests (banquet style, 60″ rounds seating 8)

• Up to 50 guests (classroom style, 6′ x 2′ rectangles)

Parker Hall features two additional rooms:

• The Parlor (comfortable overstuffed chairs and TV)

• The Classroom (capacity for an additional 24 guests, banquet style).

Other amenities: large kitchen with basic essentials, flat-screen TV, projector/screen (by request), Bluetooth speaker/mic (by request), large front porch with café tables and rocking chairs, outdoor firepit nearby.

Pricing

• Full Day (8 hours), Event Space Only — $800

• Event Space + Overnight Stay (2-night minimum) — $1,400 per night

• Partial Day (5 hours), Event Space Only — $650 (Monday–Thursday only)
